I had a plan.
And if you’ve read for a while, you know I like plans. But I also kind of have a thing with chaos…
My plan was to put out a five-book series and have it concluded within 2022 (you may laugh, it’s okay).
Right now, I have Flame For You (book one), Flame For Two (book two), and Flame Again (book three) out.
But I also have the novella Flame For A Weekend out, and this was an unexpected detour. I had this book up on the retailers for a couple of weeks but now you can get it by signing up for my newsletter as an exclusive.
In edits, I have Sasha & Finn’s book, which the first half of which serves as a prequel. The reason why I sat on this book for so long is that I’m not sure how to market it, and that includes how I number it because while it starts off before Book One, it catches up to the timeline of Flame Again.
The pre-order for Flame True, Bandit Brothers Book Four went up yesterday, and it’s here
and on for the pre-order price of $2.99 USD.
But the release date for Flame True is January 17th, 2023.
Next year.
So… not in my original plan that I had started last year. But this gives me time to get it to betas, go through edits and hopefully get a few reviews up before release day and I have built in some downtime because my brain might just need it.
Secretly though, I am hoping that while betas are reading Flame True, I can surprise release Sasha & Finn’s story….
What was a five book story has now turned into 5 books, plus two (maybe novellas I’m not sure if they are full length yet), plus one NL freebie, plus a prequel. And because I like even numbers a lot and readers have asked me for it, there might be a novella about a certain wedding.
And I couldn’t be happier.
Thank you for reading.
